Feature Add-Ons
An email sent to me went to my SPAM folder. Is this happening to everyone else in my audience as well?
No, different ISPs handle each message differently, sometimes down to classifying messages differently for individual users on the same service. Do not be alarmed if a few emails do end up in SPAM. Emails go to SPAM all the time, especially if a list has high levels of SPAM traps and low engagement.
Second Street’s sending technology and default templates are designed to give you the best possible inbox placement given your sender reputation and content quality.
We would suggest you utilize A/B testing up front or watch your engagement metrics if this is a concern.
