Engagement Dashboard - Email Performance Report

The Email Performance Report will allow you to see, filter, and export information of all previously sent emails.

Organization Level

This chart highlights key metrics for your most recently sent emails. If you want to see a list of all your sent emails, simply click the View Report button

The report page shows you a comprehensive list of your sent emails and relevant details like delivery, open, click, and unsubscribe rates for each of them. 

At the top, you’ll find robust filters for email campaign comparison. You can choose to segment your emails by Type, Category, Time Range, or Name. Just below the filters, you can see cumulative metrics for all emails that meet your filter criteria.

Corporate/Market Level

This section highlights key metrics for the top six best performing organizations – or markets – depending on if you’re viewing from the corporate or market level. 

Want to dive a little deeper? Simply click the View Report button if you want to see a listing of all your markets and organizations.

The report page will default to a Summary view that shows you the overall email performance for each of your markets and organizations with relevant details like delivery, open, click, and unsubscribe rates. 

At the top, you’ll find helpful filters to further customize the report based on your own criteria. You can choose to view a summary for each child organization’s performance or compare all of the individual emails sent over time. 

Segment by Type, Category, and Time Range. Just below the filters, you’ll see cumulative performance metrics for all organizations that meet your filter criteria. You can click on any of the organizations or emails in the list of results to view more details.
