I'm getting a 'Fix Errors' message when adding items to my Entry Form. What does this mean?

If you are receiving a Fix Errors message after adding a field to your Entry Form, this most likely means that you are adding a field that already exists. 

To resolve this error, remove the field by clicking the X to the right of the field and saving your form. Then, select the Add an Item option and select the Search All Items option in the bottom right corner. This will allow you to search previously created fields. Once you’ve located the correct field, click on it to add it to your Entry Form.
