Access to Multiple Organizations

You have the ability to manage users for your Group, Market, and Organizations. A user can be set up with access to the whole group, a specific market, or specific organizations within a market.

If you are a user with Group level access, you will able to assign other admin users access to specific markets or organizations within those markets. You will follow the same steps to create or edit admin users.

When creating or editing existing users, you can click the overflow button to change organizations for that user. After selecting Change Organizations, you will be able to provide the user with access to specific organizations.

After selecting organizations, you will then able to assign permissions specific permissions for those organizations. Click Hide/Show to open and close all of the available permissions.

If the user requires access to all permissions, you can select the All Permissions box at the top and a checkmark will be placed in all boxes. Likewise, if you select All Permissions a second time, all permissions boxes will be unchecked.
