Google Analytics Integration
Second Street contests and interactive content can now supply valuable metrics directly to Google Analytics. Track page views and form events like form abandonment or successful submissions. To set it up, make sure Google Analytics’ required tracking script is present on your promotion wrapper or website page and simply add a small snippet of code provided by Second Street. Winner Restrictions for Sweepstakes
When someone wins a sweepstakes, you can now specify how many days should pass before that person can be selected to win another prize. You can find this setting on the Rules & Legal step of your promotion checklist. The Rules fly-out side panel now offers a Winner Restrictions option where you can choose to allow selected winners to win again immediately or only after a specific number of days have passed.
When picking your winners, each winner’s card will now indicate the date and time of when that person can win again. This limit will apply to all sweepstakes.
This functionality is great if you have a kiosk or a single device set up for multiple in-person registrations at an office, event, or convention. People can line up to fill out a form, such as entering a sweepstakes, and you won’t need to manually reset the device for the next entrant. Simply add a small snippet of code to your promotion wrapper or website page, and each time a person submits a form they’ll automatically be logged out and returned to the promotion’s home page. Thank-You Page Redirects
Sometimes after a person participates in your promotion, you don’t want their experience to end at the thank-you page. Now you can add a small snippet of code to your promotion wrapper or website page, and when the person arrives at the thank-you page they’ll automatically be redirected to a URL of your choosing.
