Feature Add-Ons
What is Deliverability Boost and Why is it Beneficial?
When setting up emails, you have the ability to turn on Deliverability Boost. This feature will filter out email addresses that have not engaged with any emails within the last 9 months. Doing so improves your overall sender reputation, which makes it more likely for ISPs to deliver your emails successfully. Using this feature is likely to reduce the total number of recipients for your message, but you are sending to a list of greater quality, rather than greater quantity.
Note: It is possible to send your email without enabling Deliverability Boost, but we generally recommend using this feature as a best practice.
Tip! If you license the email platform, Deliverability Boost is available for Invite Emails within your promotions.
