What is the Difference Between Sendable and Not Sendable?
If a user is marked as Sendable, this means that you are able to send them emails from your account.
If a user is marked as Not Sendable, this means that you will not be able to send them emails. A user could be marked as Not Sendable for the following reasons:
- The user has Unsubscribed from all communication
- The user's email address has Hard Bounced

- The email address provided is Invalid
- The email address is a known SpamTrap
Tip! A spam trap is an email address that is actively monitored to catch people trying to send spam emails - or emails sent to an email address that did not opt-in to communication.
