What users are included in an Opt-In Report?

An Opt-In Report is provided within any promotion's Dashboard for each Opt-In included on the promotion's entry form.


The number that displays for the Opt-In is the number of new users that have opted in on the promotion's registration form.

The report will contain new users with a status of opted in, and includes the following information per user:

  • Email Address
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Address 1
  • Address 2
  • City
  • State
  • Postal Code
  • Phone
  • Mobile Phone
  • Mobile Phone Carrier
  • Opt-In Date

How can I view my full opt-in audience?

Because Opt-Ins can be added to multiple entry forms, you may have questions about the users who were already opted in. A person's Opt-In Source can be found within the corresponding Opt-In Audience. 

To locate the Opt-In Audience, first exit the promotion's dashboard. Navigate to the Audiences tab and select the corresponding Opt-In. Click on Members to view the members of the audience along with their Opt-In Source, and Date Added.
