Why do my emails look different on Outlook?
Outlook is the only email client that does not render HTML using HTML standards. Outlook commonly has issues because it uses Word Processor to render HTML, as if it were creating a print preview for a document. Because Outlook does not follow HTML guidelines, these types of issues are not uncommon, and are unfortunately difficult to avoid.
If you have a large user base that is still using the Outlook, we recommend sending a test email to your account and previewing the email prior to sending. This way, modifications can be made to the HTML to compensate for Outlook's unusual rendering.
Tip! We don't recommend spending too much time trying to make things perfect in Outlook, as the changes will likely cause other style issues with other email clients. Also, because this is a client based bug from Microsoft, we are unable to make any changes to resolve these styling issues.
